Enrolment Information for Holland Park State High School
Step 1: Complete the Online Enrolment Application
To get started, please complete the online Enrolment Application. This helps us gather some basic details so we can match you with the right staff member for a personalised enrolment interview.
Step 2: Provide Required Documents
Once the application is submitted, parents/caregivers will receive an email containing the Application for Student Enrolment Form and Student Resource Scheme Participation Form. These must be returned to the school electronically or in person, along with the following documents:
✅ Proof of Residence (for in-catchment enrolments) - Originals must be provided for sighting and copying:
- Primary Source - A rental/lease agreement, rates notice, or unconditional contract of sale.
- Secondary Source - A utility bill (electricity, gas, or water) in the parent/guardian's legal name.
- Additional documents as required by the principal.
✅ Other Required Documents:
- Student's birth certificate - For sighting only
- Passport and relevant visa (if applicable) - If the child is not an Australian Citizen.
- Most recent school reports (2)
- NAPLAN results (1)
- Relevant information regarding medical conditions, symptoms, management, medications, disabilities, and any available specialist reports from healthcare professionals.
Step 3: Attend an Enrolment Interview
Once all completed documents are received, families will be scheduled for an enrolment interview with a member of the school leadership team.
